The only downfall we encountered was the room was too hot when we asked to lower the temperature they unlocked it, but the room was still so hot that we could not sleep. "My husband was sick and the staff was wonderfully helpful and attentive. They allowed us to check in 30 minutes early after explaining to housekeeping. They also allowed us to check out 3 hours late for a small hourly fee and arranged for the prepaid breakfast to be delivered to my husband in the room. The ladies at the front desk also provided great sightseeing tips (for me) and pharmacy directions ( for him.) The renovated hotel is in a historic area and is modern and gorgeous. It also...
