"We were able to check in at 11am and that was so helpful as we arrived at the property at 9am after our flight landed. The staff were really nice and our room was right infront of the pool and beach. Bula bus was running every 15 mins."

"We had an incredible trip. The staff was amazing and the food was very good everywhere we ate. Must stay on reef adults only side if you aren't traveling with kids. Otherwise, your experience will be very different. Shout out to Loraini and James for taking such good care of us!! They made us feel like celebrities!! We stayed in a reef bure and wow!! "We stayed at the resort early March 2025 for 14 nights with our 11 months old baby, and it was fabulous ! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, with a great selection (savoury breakfast, healthy and gluten free options, fresh veggie/fruit juices, fresh waffles and pancakes, ...). They could accommodate us for the baby's food at the buffet, it was highly appreciated ! Thank you Mili and Mita for the little chat every morning and the great service ! The restaurants for lunch and dinner are very good as well, we really loved the Toba Bar (a big thank you to Rosi and Vani, you were amazing!). The whole staff is incredibly sweet, they very often asked for our feedbacks and acted on it (this is the only resort I've stayed at that do that !). Thank you everyone at InterContinental for having made our stay so wonderful ! "

"TL;DR: Fantastic family-friendly resort with great service. The resort was a fantastic experience, especially for our family with pre-teen children. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was cheerful, friendly, and genuinely went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Check-in was smooth. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the kids were thrilled with the bunk beds in a separate room — a thoughtful touch for families! The atmosphere around the pool was lively and fun. The poolside events were a huge hit with both the kids and adults — lots of energy and entertainment throughout the day. Although we didn't utilize the kids club, a family we met spoke highly about the service. One of the highlights was dining at Madame So — the food there is absolutely a must-try. The quality and flavors exceeded our expectations. Another big plus is the resort's central location, which made it very convenient for all the island-hopping trips and day excursions."
