"If you’re traveling with a pet…add $125 to your room fee. They don’t spell that out at least not at Expedia. Really nice hotel with reasonable rate….unless you’re traveling with a dog…then a little pricey. "

"The room was spacious, the free breakfast, and being able to be left alone with the do not disturb sign that comes with the room. I did not like that the WiFi was hardly ever able to be connected, but overall a great experience "

"Staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was great, and on-site laundry machines were a life saver. There is also drinks and snacks for purchase which was great. Free airport shuttle was super helpful and convenient. Several options available nearby for food. Gas station with Whatabuger inside within walking distance. The hotel was clean and also a nice quiet stay. Would definitely stay again. "

"My parents live in Lake Dallas but I always stay here because of the comfortability, restaurants on site, coffee shop and shops. The spa is definitely an added bonus. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful."

"If you are staying at this hotel you probably transited DFW. So, just so you know. Slow slow luggage in terminal E. That has always been my experience anyway. So it will take you a little longer to get to the hotel. However, I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. No so much by others. I followed instructions to get the free airport shuttle and it as there in 2-min. Ok, I was lucky but expect up to 20 min. The shuttle runs every half hour. Check in and...
