"Hotel, staff, food and facilities are all excellent., certainly five star. The icing on the cake for cat-lovers like my husband,self & other tourists was their Cat House. What a compassionate provision for local stray cats. They are very well cared for by Genghis who is devoted to them. Food and vets bills are covered by the hotel and donations. Their large very clean housing area is provided with cushions, sofas, tunnels, climbing ropes etc. There are around 40-50 cats in total, many are beautifully coloured, friendly, wanted to be petted. Some are adopted. Hard to leave them but hoping to re-visit next year. Have not known any other hotel provide similar."

"Our first stay in Antalya, meeting with friends who had used the hotel on a number of occasions, previously. Very impressed with the plush decor, the comfort, great choice of food in the main dining area & also the a la carte restaurant. The bedroom was spacious & comfortable on the 9th floor. We had spectacular views of the sea, the mountains & the Duden waterfall. Our room was serviced daily, the towels & toiletries replaced & the complimentary mini-bar restocked with bottled water & soft drinks. All the staff were very friendly, many speaking English & also patient when I tried a few words & phrases in Turkish. It was apparent that quite a few of the younger members of staff were new to the hotel & undergoing training, which left some aspects of service a little lacking, but overall we have no complaints. Arriving in the last week of February, it was quiet, which suited us, but meant that quite a few areas of the hotel were closed for pre-season work. Plenty of space & amenities on site, with a small private beach. Just as we left (3rd March) the outside coffee & beach bars were opening up. Something to bear in mind for future visits. There are bus stops near to the hotel with regular services into Antalya. Bus travel is cheap (28 TKL each way) & easy to buy a pass & top it up. The hotel provides details of the buses to catch). There are shops, pharmacy, restaurants, beach bars & a sand sculpture museum close to the hotel. Very little not to like. We will return!"

"A huge resort in a unique "Old-Moscow Style" setting, but you have to like it which I really did. Friendly personal. Varied tasty food options and 2 serviced restaurants (Italian and Mexican). Good spa incl. nice useful hamam. Finally a nice opportunity communicating with fellow-vacationers mostly from Turkey, Iran and the Middle East. Very few Russian tourists, surprisingly "

"When we arrived, the already the smell of the Hotel was lovely. The Welcome was warm and friendly. The Room 2301 was fantastic: comfortable, specious and very clean. A lot of cupboards, full Mini bar, 2 balconies and a very comfortable bed. The Whirlpool was the highlight! And the shower had a great water pressure. The food was excellent and interesting, as it had a lot of local products. Everyday fresh with a huge selection of everything you could dream of! A special thanks to our waiter Samek. A very polite and thoughtful person. A further fairy was Emina, who cleaned our Suite every day with a warm heart. We had a fantastic and a very relaxing holiday and got really spoilt! Thank you! P.S. you should try out the Hairdresser!"
