"The employees are very nice and attentive. The property is new and clean. Occasionally you get asked what is your room number multiple times during a meal. I think one time should be enough. One thing I didnt like: constant cleaning during service at the restaurant. It just doesn't feel right to be eating and someone to be constantly mopping and cleaning around you. Please, clean before and after service hours or if there is spill. Thank you. "

"Bujan picked me up at the airport as pre-arranged and transferred me to the hotel. It was a pleasant comfortable journey and Bujan was friendly and hospitable. "Staff here are top notch! So welcoming helpful and ready to make your stay the absolute best it can be. Gym was great to help me train for my trek. Pool was beautiful. "Surely ,this place was overall the BEST resort we have been to in the past few years, 5 star. "Set in a lovely peaceful area 30 mins from Kathmandu. Well maintained golf course with a fabulous view of Mount Everest. Indoor pool was lovely and warm but in need of an upgrade. "I booked my stay mostly on the rating of reviewers. I had several problems. There is a dog in a yard right outside my room. I was awakened at 1, 2, and even 4 a.m. by the dog barking. The room was also very cold. It had a space heater but, at night, the heater could not keep up with the cold temps outside. The bathroom sink had no hot water faucet. Only cold water there.
