"The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air...

The property was very quiet and the garden pools area really nice, perfect to relax. We didn't try the food as we were meeting friends out etc. and the restaurant didn't seem open. The area is not the busiest which is nice but also not a lot within walking distance - small convenience store, a tiny cafe (Umalas Brew, good coffee) if you need and one spa/restaurant...

"When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect.
