"From the minute we arrived we knew this hotel was spectacular. The staff could not have been nicer. They went above and beyond for us, even providing spring water because mineral water was too harsh for us. Our room was beautiful. The cleanliness was top notch. The wait staff, especially Anesu, who also recommended great shopping, and Thembi. We will definitely return"

"Reasonable stay, food in level four for dinner great, breakfast pretty average, drink prices in the bar have in some cases doubled, most are up 30pc. Air con in the room never worked properly, made peace that it was going to be just too hot as no inclination in staff to actually resolve just turn up put a thermometer under the vent and say it’s fine. Tv signal terrible, looks like you are watching on a 1980s TV, ‘this is the signal we receive’ was the response received. Room apart from broken...
