"We received a very nice, spacious room with an amazing view. Check-in was quick, and the staff was helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was very disappointing. Sometimes, only one of the two beds was made, and at times, the room was barely cleaned. The hotel is nice, but the issue lies with the staff.
