"Room was small, but yet spacious enough for two twin beds. Bathroom was clean n updated, altho the lighting can improve as it was a little dark. Was surprised to find bath robes n umbrellas in the closet provided as well as bedroom slippers. Nice jacuzzi on the roof top, and breakfast there too"

We did not have a car so parking wasn’t required but I was told that it’s difficult to find parking in Penang. On the hotels.com description it says close to shopping Center which I think is referring to Time square however that mall is closed. There are other shopping areas just a little farther away. "Excellent new hotel. Probably one of the best in Penang and up there with the E&O and Rasa Sayang. "

"The staff was helpful. We were able to borrow unbrellas which was useful. Conveniently located to a hawkers stand delicious. Had maps so street art was found. Need a map for the walking tour which was fun but could only find it on our phone. Need to post ideas so people could see more actuvities in this wonderful city."

"The staff here are excellent people. Nice. There was a rock concert across the street and I asked if we could move rooms to back and they accommodate. We stayed 5 nights only one was noisy because of concert. The staff cannot help that. Good breakfasts, good laundry services. Friendly, friendly, friendly. Wonderful people "
