Fixtures and fittings looking a bit tired ( sunbeds , etc ) . Overall , still good ( Excellent Spa ) and helped by its golf facility ."

"Amazingly beautiful Hotel. Staff is also very nice. Shuttle takes you to their beach club, which has a great restaurant on site. Distance to Puerto Banus is about 15 min. We loved everything about the hotel. We stayed with kids 7 nights and didn’t want to leave! Truly a 5 star experience"

"I hate to leave this review as I gave the hotel staff every opportunity to make things right … but when I told them that a hotel staff member had entered my room at 4AM startling me and ruining any further sleep, that a water aerobics class was going on for an hour in the quiet spa area AND that driving directions on Expedia had been grossly incorrect, they did nothing. Very disappointing. Systems are broken which should ensure a peaceful stay at a luxury resort. Very overpriced for the...
