"We had a nice time in Gennadi but it’s a good but not great hotel with some major flaws. Positives; buffet and all inclusive drinks are excellent, restaurant staff are nice and very attentive (Anna), the rooms and pool areas feel clean and modern. There is live music at breakfast, lunch and dinner which is very nice. "We stayed 10 days at the end of August, a family of 4 (2xadults, 1x17 yr and x1 13 yr). We were all inclusive in a River Passage 1 bedroom Private Pool Suite. Previous holidays, we stayed in different MITSIS resorts (Laguna, Alilia, Blue Domes), so our review is compared to these. Overall, the hotel is set in a beautiful location, well kept and clean grounds. Our room was lovely, with a huge bed, and ample storage. "Absolutely incredible resort. I’d like to say a HUGE thank you to Maria and Georgia on reception who are truly amazing and were so helpful the entire time. The resort is peaceful, great beach location, amazing food choices and I particularly enjoyed the shisha lounge in the evening. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable.
