Although the hotel is excellent and the staff try really hard to help, but non of them spoke good english and relied on translation apps which does not always work corectly. You'd expect for a hotel of this calibre to be able to communicate with the staff. As if they are inly focued on local travellers not international ones."

"No English spoken there. Toilets don't work. Entire hotel is filthy and carpets no vacuumed even while I was there. Only western food was hard boiled eggs. Only halt roll of toilet paper in room at any time. Then to top it off the tried to charge 1000 yuan or 50% more for the stay than the Expedia itinerary price on the booking. It's a 100% Dump all round. "
