"This hotel is fabulous in every aspect. From the moment you enter until leaving. The staff are so eonderful. Michi and Stefan were exceptional people. They made us feel special. Too many staff to recollect but they were all very professional and very helpful. We love this hotel. We hope to be back."

"As you'd expect the Ritz was a lovely place to stay. We particularly liked the quiet rooms, the excellent bathrooms and the wonderfully comfortable beds. The food and drink is very expensive but we enjoyed the bar food in the Curtain Club on the whole. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful but numerous small errors occurred with food orders and the bill which we found surprising given the reputation of a hotel like this. "It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
