"Intercontinental Malta could do with a face lift but staff were really nice and accommodating. BENJAMIN from the reception was incredible helpful with checkout. My parents really liked him and also the breakfast staff was soooo welcoming and sweet. Really outstanding staff!!! The beach club is an essential add-on that makes it super worth it to book with your hotel!!"

"1st time in Malta. Stayed at the Westin due to location, convenience, and amenities. We had a phenomenal time, and the staff were all so very friendly! I’d highly recommend if staying in Malta. (And if a casino is your thing, the Casino Dragonara is walkable from the Westin.)"

"Everything was lovely! A great location for easy walking into Valletta but still a quiet location with all the facilities and ambience that you would expect of a 5 star hotel that is right next to the sea. The buffet breakfast was great with a big selection of options to choose from. My only very minor criticism is that the hot items of the buffet breakfast (bacon, sausage, beans, etc.) were not kept quite as hot as I would have liked."

"Have stayed here several times . Good location . Excellent rooftop pool and Fusion restaurant . Very good breakfast with wide choice. All staff extremely friendly and professional. Complimentary upgrade to a suite on top floor which was lovely and spacious but needs some updating and more clothes storage . Shower leaked and flooded floor every time making floor dangerously slippy . Would stay here again"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful I liked the quiet in the area. There was a just 1 pub, The Mill Pub, close to us for food (which was lovely and very great portion). Other than that, not much around writhing 5 minutes walking distance. Everything else was great!"

"Staff without exception were delightful and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Bed linen disappointing- polyester/cotton and frankly has seen better days- not however as bad as the towels and robes. They were greying , thin and rough and robes were torn in places. Brought to attention of front desk but replaced with equally old ones. Not anywhere near 5star. Rooms overlooking harbour are quite noisy from early morning and in the evenings even with windows shut. Breakfast in hotel...
