"I almost cancelled this hotel booking based on the picture of the front showing what appears to be a rough area with graffiti covered walls, but don't be put off by that. Graffiti along railway lines seems to be regarded as art in vienna, and is no indication of it being a rough area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Good facilities in the rooms. "Very nice boutique hotel with a lovely check-in service. Pet friendly and nice amenities. Only negative was the lack of room service in the evening despite saying that it is available. Very confusing and a bit chaotic on our first night. The breakfast was outstanding and the rooms had a uniquely wonderful dance theme throughout the hotel. Other than room service confusion, I would happily recommend this small gem."
