"I love this place. I’ve stayed a few times and I’ll probably return. The staff, food and location are amazing!! There was however a persistent smell resembling backed up sewer. It wasn’t overwhelming but it was off putting. I walked onto a couple other floors and it was throughout the entire building. "

They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered.
