"Did not receive the room type that we had booked on this site. We paid extra for a suite that was supposed to have two beds, "1 Double Bed and 1 Twin Bed", with total capacity of 3 people, and were instead given a room with just 1 (inseparable) bed. Upon seeing the room and contacting the staff, they refused responsibility for this discrepancy and said that room types are not guaranteed. "Our room was clean and we had our own pool. The view was beautiful. We had breakfast included which was very good. For me personally it was a little outside the areas we wanted to visit. You will definitely need transportation. "
