"Easy location for seeing the sights of Berlin. Modern hotel, near to a large shopping mall, short walk to Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate. Hotel is very clean, rooms spacious. Just lacked that vibe though, which was a shame. Still a great choice though"

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
