"Lovely well kept hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay facilities and staff were great. Lovely large rooms and a very reasonable price for the facilities on offer. 2 minor issues beds were 2 single mattresses which tended to mean a gap formed in the middle and not enough coat hangers. But really they are observations and take nothing away from a great stay. I would definitely book again."

"The place is located inside a building with various other activities like offices. So you have a floor in the building where the rooms are. The reception is open for 12 hours a day. Out of office hours you are sent an email with a link to access the building so it you do not have a smart phone you might've an issue. "We needed accommodation at short notice and found this property near the Piazza del Popolo. The owner doesn't live on site and went out of his way to let us in and advise us on where to eat. The B&B was in a large flat and included a well equipped large bedroom and good bathroom . We had a good night's sleep after a good meal in the next street and resumed our trip the next day"
