"This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. On the positive side, the rooms were spacious and well appointed, and the staff very helpful and courteous. The location is ideal as it is close to shopping and the old town for sightseeing."
