"The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered. "Die Beschreibung auf Expedia ist etwas verwirrend und der Vermieter wirklich schwer zu erreichen. So war unser Urlaub: Vom Union Lido Team bekommt man bei der Einfahrt die Armbändchen und Wegbeschreibung zum Haus. Also waren Union Lido Services inklusive. An der Unterkunft wurden wir freundlich in Empfang genommen. Parken kann man direkt neben dem Mobilheim und auch vom Vermieter ist täglich jemand von morgens bis abends verfügbar.
