"Hotel new, rooms are spaciuos, but the rooms have not air conditioning, air ventilation in the bathroom exists but not working, the floor and the coil do not heat, the smell of sewage comes from the bathroom, bad room service,non-fresh yesterday’s food is served for breakfast it’s a cardboard box for German retirees - strongly do not recommend."

"Super miejsce. Obsługa bardzo miła, rzeczowa i pomocna już od samego zameldowania. Hotel jest w świetnym stania, a czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Podoje przestronne i zarazem przytulne. "Amazing family room with 2 separate bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen (no cooking facilities, just a sink, a fridge and some plates/cups/glasses) and a huge balcony/terrace with table and chairs. Many wardrobes (one in each bedroom and then 3 more for good measure), big TV sets in the living room and the big bedroom, a nice bathroom with a large shower and an extra WC room. "Liked the location Good selection and good quality breakfast buffet Did not like the lack of English speaking staff Would not recommend if you do not speak Polish or German Free WIFI was not available - nobody could explain why! Complementary toiletries consisted of 1 x 20ml shower gel, 1 x 20ml shampoo plus 1 x small soap per person - if you are staying more than 1 night you must take your own as these are not replenished. On enquiring we were told to buy toiletries ourselves."

"We stayed 6 nights and had 2 rooms. Access to the property and signage is poor, it took some time to locate the property and the lobby. Parking stalls are narrow, several could not be used due to imperfect parking. Hotel location is good, very close to the sea and next to a park, but quite far from city centre. Rooms were clean and quiet. Our receptionist was rude. Breakfast buffet is not well organized, gets very crowded and loud around 9 AM. Hot items for breakfast were always just barely...

"Firstly, everything is old but repainted So looks new. Bed sheets smelled, And one towel was either dirty Or underwashed, disgusting. Ceiling in room 507 was chipping off. Breakfasts - poor choice, not tasty, staff didn’t replace The empty trays when they supposed to, So choice was not even decent. Koffe - undrinkable. Ive been to many hotels in Kołobrzeg, this one is The worst. Not recommended. "

"I did not realise that there are two hotels joined together here Marine and Ultra Marine. We were able to visit a bedroom in the Marine and the decor and furnishings were much better. Many balcony , if not all, faced north so no sun at all."

"THe hotel is nice and in a perfect location, you can see the port and 3 min walk to the beach. The bad part is the service, at check in we were offered a back side room, despite of reserving and pre-paying for sea view room. It took a big fight with the receptionist and a walk back to the car to get our printed reservation before it was honored. It would have been a perfect stay if not for the check in."

"Nice place to stay. Delicious food, very nice and very helpful staff. Every evening there is a dancing party on 1st floor (7-10pm) and the loud music may be inconvenient for those staying on the lower floors. Close to the sandy beach, close to the railway station. Upper floors have nice view. Pool 1.2m depth, more for recreational swimming. I really liked staying there. Having an experience of staying here and other place this type (the one next to the pier) I will definitely opt in the future...
