"We stayed here for a few days right after the height of Golden Week. It was quite empty and we felt as if we had the run of the place. We were the only ones who ate in the Western restaurant for lunch and dinner for 3 days. The food was quite good! The breakfast buffet was pretty good and had enough western options to keep me satisfied. My wife loved the noodle station. "The property is conveniently located right in front of the Ferris wheel square where guests can find what they need or wish to get, buy, eat or have fun. Hotel staff and services are the same as great too. The room is spacious, clean, functional and most importantly extremely comfortable! I enjoyed very much my stay!"

"酒店很新, 設備很好, 但內部溝通真的有很大問題, 本人是1個月前在智遊網付全款訂了五個房間, 到入住當天登記時, 酒店前台服務員告知完全没有訂房紀錄, 找了大半天才發現是訂房部收到訂單但没有通知前台, 這是一般酒店不會發生的錯誤; 另外, 第二天是星期天, 一大清早8:00就開始一直鑽牆, 打電話去前台投訴, 也要等上半小時才停工, 如果有裝修工程應該預先通知住客, 而且也不應該在星期天早上進行, 真的難以接受"

Hotel is basically a golf hotel (swimming pool doesn't open until later afternoon) but we weren't golfers.
