"Very good property, but the surrounding area outside the hotel is not kept well and it makes it look like a property in a bad locality. The restaurants are good, especially the morning buffet, but I would request the breakfast chef to shake up the breakfast menu a bit, considering it is a 5 star property. There is hardly any non veg, all three days I stayed there, they had chicken sausage and poached fish and nothing more that would fulfill a non vegetarian. Ofcourse there was eggs to order on...

They all made their best efforts to make your stay feel personal, introducing themselves, remembering your name, preferences, etc. The hours of service in the executive lounge could have been longer. Many businesses in the area are global services organisations that work international hours, so I often missed being able to partake in the breakfast, buffet, and evening...
