"5-star facade with 2-star service and condition. The lobby is beautiful and the room sizes are large (2 bathrooms, a sitting room, and bedroom). However the condition was poor. Our sheets were dirty upon arrival, which they did change (to clean but stained sheets). My mother's room had mold in several places, including the mattress. They reluctantly changed her room. "Hotel is located approx 22 km from Munnar town centre, its not ideal if you like to visit other places around. Half time wasted climbing up and down from the town centre. Food cost very high, a lot better options if you eat outside but again the annoying journey up and down. Overall its a OK place if you want to just stay in the hotel and don't mind food cost."
