"Lovely big hotel, only 10 mins from the airport. Great facilities, indoor pool was great for the kids, shopping mall next door. Only negative is the breakfast service - there were far too few staff and they were clearly overworked - we waited an age to get anything. It's also a bit school-canteen like, which is poor for a 5 star hotel. Overall, very good - would recommend. "

"This Riad is located beside the Bahia Palace, but to be honest, its location is not the best. To get to the Palace, the Medina, or anywhere else, you have to walk some pretty narrow streets with traffic. It is not for the faint-hearted. The property itself is nice, but the staff is amazing; they could not be more helpful. Our room was spacious and well kept, the bed was comfortable (if noisy), the shower was not the best, you had to run the water for 5-10 mins to get hot and the pressure was low...

"Large luxury hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pools. Outstanding breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly need and more. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. ...
