"The hosts live at one end of the property and are so kind, even baking an amazing cake as a welcome gift. They provided everything you would need for your stay and the games room was brilliant. We stayed for a week and had an amazing time. The location of the house is within 30 minutes of an amazing array of activities including a luge, high ropes, canoeing, rock climbing and lots other things to do. "The property is located about a 25 minute walk away from Caen city centre. The surrounding area is very quiet and safe with lots of delicious patisseries very close by ( highly recommend trying). The room has everything you need, is very comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. The hotel has an area for workouts, with 3 pieces of aerobic equipment. This room is not like a normal gym, it is carpeted with chairs and tables in ( presumably for those waiting to use the spa?) with no ac ( that I found). But can easily do a workout in there. The hotel has private parking. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which has everything youd expect from a continental breakfast. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming. Highly recommend."
