"This was one of, if not the nicest hotel we have stayed in. The staff was incredibly helpful. Our room was impeccable with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floor beautiful balcony with view of Lake Geneva. We did not care for the restaurants, but that was our personal choice. If you want a 5 star hotel - stay here, you will not be disappointed."

"We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. "We arrived at the location and they didn't let us check in because we weren't a family. We were a couple of friends and just wanted to have location to enjoy out short holidays. They told us they would refund the money but just kept ignoring our messages. We had to do an online check-in where the saw that we weren't a family and didn't say anything until we drove 6h there. DONT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE. "
