The male bar staff were in particular so polite and genuinely helpful. They gave me a large bottle of table water to bring to my room complimentary when I asked if I could buy a bottle of water. Our room was huge with a balcony. We used the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and tropical shower with the LED lights. So cool!...

"The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out. The morning breakfast in the White Oak Room was pretty good with a varied menu. The 2 bars were fine. Average bar food. The location was great. Within walking distance of everywhere including plenty of pubs, restaurants, tourist locations etc. etc. The public areas of the hotel were in pretty good shape and well kept. But the rooms were pretty old and dated. Especially the bathrooms which had one of those...

"This was our second time staying here because we loved it so much the first time. But we were a little disappointed this time. Staff lost a part of our luggage and had a rude staff member for a late greeting (11pm) at door and wouldn’t let us order room service. All in all would stay again as location and parking are great! "
