"Lovely room, fantastic food and helpful staff"

"We had a warm welcome. Our room was on the small side for a twin and there was a huge tv completely in front of the mirror! The bathroom felt recently decorated and was very clean. We had bad neighbours fighting during the night but the staff managed to sort the problem out after an hour.(3-4am!) "This hotel is on the edge of a mini shopping centre but only 15 min easy drive to the city center. It was easy to find, plenty of free parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. "Staff were nice and friendly, the room was a set up to high standard . There was also a hairdryer which was good because it rained the night before, so could dry clothes. Lift good ! "The food was outstanding. We are in the bar area and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choice. The evening entertainment was brilliant. The shower was terrible. We only stayed one night as we were attending a funeral so only used it once and we were in a hurry.
