"This is a lovely hotel, the entrance is a refurbished old theatre and very art deco. I had to communicate with the hotel about a package being delivered and because my arrival was significantly delayed due to flight cancellations, and they were responsive and helpful. The hotel felt a little understaffed, service slow. I was originally put in a first floor room directly above the loading bay so I asked to be moved, which they did.
