The man serving us was lovely, there just didn’t seem to be enough staff. Took over 20 mins from ordering a drink to being served it and we had to chase it. "

"Me and my partner stayed for a night, got a good deal on a room with breakfast included however a bit disappointing the room being situated at a point where there was a massive skip outside and ongoing works outside so awoken early with constant banging. Street noise etc was a given as the hotel is in the city centre. The hotel is huge so I’m almost positive there would have been rooms elsewhere and it was a Monday night so not particularly busy. The facilities were nice, Spa was pretty good but...
