"Service and staff were a 10/10. Rooms were mediocre, especially for the price. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, very small/slippery shower with no exhaust or ac. Terrible water pressure in the shower. The ocean was so rocky that it was unusable our entire stay even though it was a major factor in choosing this location. We feel it was not advertised accurately. Overall, it was good not great. "

"We only had one problem. We were staying in the Residence and the washer worked but the dryer didn't. We met Mr. Sezgin, the general manager, and advised him of the issue. He said it would be taken care of but never heard from him or his staff agsin. The only blemish on a great stay."

"It's a beautiful resort. The staff is very good. The only thing that was disappointing is that you cannot walk around the resort. It's a gorgeous area with wide paved "roads" for the golf & maintenance carts, but no walking allowed. And there are no sidewalks on the roads leading into the resort."
