"The young lady that was at the reception desk was so helpful, she assisted, and answered all my questions. She is trustworthy, nice and helpful. I needed to charge my phone, but i didn't have the European connector type, the receptionist lend me hers, i was so glad she did. She also spoke English which helped a lot.
