"Nice hotel "

"Very nice hotel located in a good area. Housekeeping was good and room clean. Breakfast generally good selection of items catering for all sorts. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. About 15 minute walk into centre and 5 minutes to the train station. One thing that was disappointing was I emailed the hotel a few days before I arrived to ask them to arrange a taxi from airport and no one responded. "

"Absolutely fantastic hotel at the best location in the city. Despite its amazing location, the hotel feels like a quiet oasis with excellent and friendly staff, quick valet and good housekeeping. The rooftop restaurant is beautiful and airy, and rooms are very generously sized. Bathrooms are also large, and come with lovely Molton Brown toiletries. I highly recommend Met boutique hotel in Zagreb. "

"There was only one air conditioner in the entire apartment, which worked very poorly. I had to sleep with the whole family in the living room. The child was not provided with bed linen, although we ordered a room for 3 people. The room was quite dusty (poorly cleaned), the mirrors and shower were all stained. The Rooms looked much better in the picture. "
