"Great location and great staff. However I was surprised by the finishing of the rooms. It was not the finishing of a Novotel hotel with cheap wood and cupboards. Our fridge was broken and the staff member claimed it was fine. The card key kept on failing. Very annoying but staff were lovely"

We were really looking forward to staying here this time but a little disappointed with the food choice and drinks choice in the lounge (very limited choice of snacks, no salad, no fruit platter and no desert.
