"All the staff we met were very helpful & seemed genuinely interested in us & wanting to make our stay as enjoyable as they possibly could. The cafe served excellent food and was reasonably priced but we felt that the restaurant menu wasn't particularly good. The view from our room was superb & the champagne breakfast delivered to our room was a real delight. We enjoyed our stay immensely & would certainly go again but will give the restaurant a miss next time. "

"The accommodation was fantastic! Second time staying here and would definitely come again. The peacocks that seemed to come to our window every morning were good fun & the kids loved them. There’s only one slight negative which is the pool temperature which I believe isn’t suitable for children…Adults will be fine but the last two times we’ve stayed here the children have never been able to enjoy the pool due to it being too cold. "Initial impressions of the hotel are great. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. A few negatives are that the floor in my room was dirty - could feel grit and dirt on my feet throughout, the breakfast was a little cold, and bathroom was a little grubby around the skirting boards (room 32). Breakfast dish was eggs Benedict - the muffin did not taste toasted at all and whole dish was a too cold. I would recommend staying here as all-in-all it was a good overnight stay."
