Even if the hotel is 5 stars but the staff are not caring and accommodating, the property wont make it to the top. Ahmed and Abdul are few of the staffs that are very remarkable . The room was amazing, private sauna and steam room, separate lounge, more like an apartment. Very Comfy. The resort itself is beautiful and all the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. "Lovely place and surroundings with very friendly staff. The garden studio was lovely. The only couple of negative points I had were: the blinds and window areas were very dirty with cobwebs in the window area near the bed, so I didn't open the windows. The room smelt like dogs in places. I'm aware pets are allowed but I thought a thorough clean would take place before the next guest. It wasn't great for my asthma symptoms. Apart from this, it was all fine :-)"
