"Property is beautiful, staff is friendly and very courteous. First night we were there the room temperature was 26c and the toilet would not stop running. We asked for maintenance, they sent someone up to confirm the issues. They changed our room to a smaller room. The next day we asked for a room similar n size and they accommodated us . They did not tell us that the AC was turned off for winter, so we had to keep the balcony door open to cool the room. Also be aware they will temp charge...

"Had a very pleasant 4 night stay in the Aston. Hotel location is fantastic - minutes from the sea-front, the old town and also the main shopping areas. Hotel itself was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Did find their rooftop Bar was very expensive though - but lots of others in the old town to sample instead! Would recommend as a great venue"

"The location is near nice ville station. Thanks to housekeeping staff, the room is very clean. The staff are friendly. I am also happy that microwave is available that I can reheat the food bought from market even in a hotel. However, my experience was average only. The room is very small, especially the shower room. It was very diffcult for me (a small Asian girl) to take a shower. I felt upset everytime when I took the shower in such a small shower room."
