No room for a desk, no jug, no tea making facility, dreadful stone steps to access, bathroom you could hardly turn around in. Decor non existent.We asked for the room in the photo provided with our booking or our money back. They offered us a room that was fairly comparable with a slightly higher ceiling! So...
