Room service skipped giving us everything that was supposed to be included in the dish then tried to charge us when asked for it and they got it separately. "Its was our 4th stay and it’s a beautiful place but….. The hotel is under new management and the change isn’t for better. Start charging 8€ per day parking 15€ per bed on the beach. The pool needs a good clean and surroundings as well it’s just little things but it shouldn’t be there in 5star hotel. The staff in Pink cricket restaurant and pool are are not the best.
