"GREAT GREAT hotel in such an excellent location. The Cathedral is next door and there are lots of really good restaurants close by. Be sure to try the German Restaurant on the left at the end of the arcade area next door, the staff and food is wonderful. There is a laundromat about a 10 min walk from the hotel (just past the Berlin TV tower) it is easy to use and very clean. "

"Comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff personable and helpful. Lovely spa. Didn’t use the restaurant as plenty of places to eat nearby. No price list for the mini bar and took a little while before we figured out which button to press to let them know to service the room - the member of staff who showed us to our room could / should have explained? Controlling the room temperature a bit hit and miss; a combination of radiator and opening the window."
