"With regards to the beds I found bed at ITC far better. Bathroom facilities ......at time they had a face cloth sometimes they dont. Shower facility good but if a bit larger it would be much better and for the elderly sit and shower as in ITC would be good."

"Modern hotel, massive "club" room with no club lounge, but with all the amenities. Not possible to walk anywhere as on the wrong side of a dual carriageway and was too busy to cross, but we had a car and driver so not an issue."

"Not very hospitable, food not very good, slow service, staff does not understand instructions, however some staff members serving in restaurant were good, there was a problem with electricity in the room, maintainence staff came very late to repair. Iron was not working, had to get replaced. One set of toiletries for 2 persons in the room, no conditioner, many small issues"
