"Its my second time at George V, our room was refurbished so i was happier than the last time i stayed. The service at George V is always impeccable. While I stay at many Four Seasons locations this one has the most amazing customer care, so much attention to detail surrounded my caring staff. Louis at the Concierge is the best at his job and makes the most impossible request possible."

"Gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities and location. However, check in was very slow and tedious. Daily room service was poor, often left dirty glasses, did not replenish amenities and one day - no service at all, just a quick turn down without replenishing dirty glasses. Needs work! "
