"The front office manager was very accommodating. We arrived at the hotel earlier in the morning and he provided us the courtesy to check in earlier to start our day! This was very much appreciated as we had a driver waiting to take us around. "

"Coco reef is a great vacation facility ,we arrived at 10:30 and were allowed to leave our bags at reception whilst waiting on check in time. Breakfast is great with panoramic views . Evening meals were not to our taste so we ate out every night . "

"Overall stay was good, I would definitely stay again. Nice facilities, easy access to the beach. The only major issue I had was wifi connection and the tv didn’t work during my stay I guess because of the wifi as well. The property seemed a little understaffed, but I didn’t mind much because the staff that was present was friendly and did their best to help."

"This was out first time traveling outside of our country and i have to say we were so HAPPY we chose Tobago and this resort. EVERYONE was so nice and courteous from the front desk all the way to the cleaning staff. We will definitely be back here again for another vacation. "Overall I enjoyed my stay. The inn is right on a beautiful beach and you can hear the waves crashing 24 hours a day. The staff is pleasant and helpful, but they are sticklers for timeliness and policy, so make sure you know things like what times you can go to the restaurant and when you have to check out. There really isn't any service on the beach itself so we had to find and position our own beach loungers, pull down the kayak and go to the bar for drinks. There was also no phone in the room...

"Nice property - could do with a bit of a facelift but still in keeping with the area. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We arrived before the 3 pm check in time so they gave us a drink and arranged for us to go to the beach on the hotel shuttle until check in time. "

"Beautiful grounds; cozy bungalows in a tropical garden setting; friendly efficient and professional staff. Close walking distance to everything but tucked away from the hustle and bustle.there is a lovely pool if you don’t feel like going to the beach. "The place was great. Cleanly facilities and well stocked with all amenities. Ronald greeted us and was quite friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the airport, malls and food etc. However on the last night of our stay, there was a rather loud pool party with non - guests. I'm assuming it was friends & family of the owners. We werent informed and we were simply subjected to the loud music and the loud personalities of the other guests until maybe around 1am"
