Pool was closed for one afternoon during our stay but staff arranged and took us to a neighbouring hotel to use their’s. Reinforced how good the pool area was in our hotel. Punctual shuttle to Sandton city. Hotel also on free shuttle stop for hop on/off bus "

"Most convenient hotel at the airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food (at least Breakfast) was good, fresh, and hot. Have stayed before and will stay again. Note that one of our bags was delayed (International flight) for 5 hours. It was perfect to stay across from baggage services. "

"I stayed at African Pride Melrose Arch from 10/23/24 - 10/28/24. This was actually my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I can honestly say it one of my favorite. Although my favorite manager (Pinkie) was not there, it still was an amazing stay. Bella, was so gracious, warm and friendly at check-in and check-out. Answered all questions that I had. The renovated Aduna Bistro was wonderful. GuGu and Andy were accommodating with seating. Q, provided phenomenal guest service while taking meal request...
