"Beautiful brand new hotel with excellent facilities and polite and friendly staff throughout. Good size rooms with matching good facilities. Excellent breakfast and Fresc restaurant where I had excellent service and high quality dinner. Two negative experiences my first night was sleepless because of a very traffic noisy room (facing busy fast motorways) but I received apology and a really quiet room when I complained. "Our room did not face Rambla which was great for us because it was a quiet one. The heat broke in our room and they could not repair it. They did offer to change rooms but we declined. Location was good for easy access to historical labdmarks"
