"After some initial trouble with the front desk person who was checking me in, I was pleasantly surprised when Adreeja took over and immediately resolved the issue with deft handling and professional courtesy. It was Adreeja's hospitable behaviour that prevented me from changing hotels. After that initial hiccup, however, i faced no issues and had a great stay at Sonar. The staff was extra courteous and went the extra mile to accommodate my requests. 5 stars to Adreeja and her team. "

"The minute you enter the hotel the lovely fragrance is a prelude to things to come. The staff is friendly, kind , helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The restaurant had an extensive buffet or an al a crate menu. Either choice was extremely satisfying. The popl and gym were amazing. The gym clean and well equipped. The pool was the perfect temperature ( a little cool at first) but a delightful escape from the hot weather. If you have the opportunity, please stay at...

"I would have given 10 stars if it was an option. You get a magnificent view from the Roof Top bar on the 26th floor. They had great food mixed with local and international cuisine. The DJ played awesome music to keep the guests entertained. I would definitely recommend to my friends and I will stay again on my next visit. I stayed there from June 18 thru 23rd 2024. "The hotel is over all good but the things can be better. The menu in the restaurant is limited. It doesn't serve stuffed Parathas, almond and wall nut in breakfast. It doesn't show any business channel on TV. Staff is good and caring at all touch points. "

"The Ibiza resort is fairly close to the city (about 25 kms). We were very excited on reaching there as there is lots of greenery all around. The reception and check-in was fairly efficient. We found the food to be quite good (we took only veg options). So was the breakfast in the morning - good variety and quite tasty). There are lots of outdoor activities, several are free for the guests. Our only problem was with the maintenance and cleanliness of the Winter Green rooms in the Nirvana...
