"The room is not very clean, room service food is limited and no good options.. House keeping service is not good, when they clean the room they take the used cups and towels and do not provide clean ones, we asked them to put clean cups and towels but they didn’t.. they do not provide complementary coffee and tea after we used the ones in the room although we stayed for 4 days.. not all the staff can speak and understand English which is very disappointing for a 5-stars hotel.. "The room is only cleaned every two days, we only received one bath towel and one hand towel and that's even though we were 2 guests in the room and we had to go to reception and get another set, as soon as they came in to clean the room they didn't change towels but took the dirty ones and hung them up as if they were new Apart from that, the room is very spacious, excellent location, very varied breakfast, courteous service at the reception, overall very good hotel. Highly recommended "
