"Great service by reception, restaurant and bar staff. The spa area which we had been looking forward to using was crammed with children and toddlers who were using the area as a splash park. Children were also using the gym and the sauna unaccompanied by parents. There was no supervision of this area by hotel staff. The pool is tiny, worn, with many broken tiles and very little or next to nothing in terms of a space to sun bath and relax whilst offering no privacy from the street. "Such a wonderful visit! The room, breakfast, and staff were amazing. Our favorite part was the bikes. Easy ride to Grado and Aquileia and beyond. We were in the middle of a long multi country trip, and it was so nice to be able to park the rental car (for free!) and ride bikes everywhere."
